Finally!

Lookie lookie who hit level 40 today!
I'm sooooo pleased about that because it means... my little Sith is not so little anymore. ;) And she finally gets to wear the level 40 PvP gear. On the other hand, spending 210.000 credits for the new speeder skill really hurt but oh well, just need to sell more stuff on the galactic trade market and everything's fine again.

I loooove this gear! Ever since I saw it, I needed my Sith sorcerer to hit level 40, such an amazing outfit. And yay, she will also get her "Centurion" title today. Next goal... get her to level 42 so that she can pull players to her, the ability just rocks, especially in Huttball.

Of endings and beginnings...

So the Sith my sorceress had a thing with, that's what became of him:
Yes, he's dead. But hey, at least he had a nice little afternoon with my gal before he got a lightsaber shoved into his gut by a Jedi. ;)

And Sha'khali has a new outfit:
Spent around 20000 credits on that, but it will do till she hits 40 and then she will get to wear the gorgeous level 40 gear you can buy for PvP commendations (already waiting in her cargo bay).

And I'm no longer guild-less on the Empire side, the guys I played PvP with the other day asked me if I would help them to set up their guild (you need 4 people to do that), of course I helped them. And in return I got to stay in their guild. ;)

Maybe now I will feel a bit more at home on the Empire side, just yesterday I thought that it felt strange and lonely to be on that side all alone.

Making new friends?

Late post today, played till 2am last night and enjoyed myself immensely but more on that later.

I rushed Khalindora through Hoth yesterday, still took me 5 hours to get her to 45 and now Belsavis is looming. I hate that planet, so annoying with all the walls and fences.
But anyway, since she's done with Hoth she had Lt. Iresso join her crew, he's the love interest for the female Jedi-consular. And before I give him a new appearance I thought I would post what he looks like normally.
I don't know, in my opinion he is just too skinny for a trooper. And Khalindora is just as tall as him, hahaha, love that I gave her the, let's call it, "XENA" built.
That's what Khalisha's Lt. Iresso looks like. I love how you can give them different looks.

And before I get accused of being a racist by turning my crew companions from black to white. I'm not because my Sith girly got to shag this fella:
I couldn't believe it, I mean as a female Jedi you get like 3 or 4 flirt options on your way to 50 and nothing happens. So yes, I know for Jedi it should be that way, still it's not fair, as male Jedi's get the option to hop into bed with the Twilek matriach on Tython.

I was laughing so hard when my Sith grabbed the guy and snogged the hell out of him before the famous black screen came on. And since I had Andronikos accompany her, he made snide comments... poor guy, jealousy did not suit him. ;D

After I had enough of levelling I went and played some more PvP, which I instantly regretted. I played 4 warzones with Khalindora and lost all of them. I'm usually not upset if I lose but this time they slaughtered us, as the whole team didn't really play together. Everyone was doing their own thing. Hate that.

So I switched onto my Sith-sorceress and surprise surprise I won 7 out of 10 warzones.

And I finally got over my shyness and asked a player if they had a spot in their group and would take me along. He did. And we really rocked quite a few warzones, it was amazing.

The whole background story to this is that I've been trying to get into the same warzones with this guy and his friends since weeks. But I never dared to ask them if they would invite me into their group. And there was nothing worse than having to play against them. I couldn't kill them anyway as a healer but I tried to be a pain in the butt, which obviously worked as they said they are glad not having to play against me either. ;)

So yes, I absolutely loved playing with them. And they were really nice, that's always something I dread if I join a group, you can never be sure what the players are like. And some outstanding players are quite arrogant. But they were a lovely surprise and I do hope they will take me along some other time.

Meeting new companions....

All I did on Friday and Saturday was playing PvP (which absolutely rocked btw... on both sides), I also figured out that you can't have a higher PvP rank than your current level is. So that left me with a new task... go on a levelling spree! Which I did on Sunday. I got Khalindora from 41 to nearly 44 and Sha'khali from 30 to 32.

The result was, Sha'khali met her love interest Andronikos Revel on Tatooine. God, what was Bioware thinking? The guy tells my Sith gal he's a liar, a thief and a murderer and he's damn proud of it. Yes, I know my Sith isn't exactly all sunshine and roses (the first quest I did today had me torture some guy for information) but I don't know if Sha'khali really would pick a guy like Andronikos (who the hell came up with that NAME?).
His tattoo is impressive but he has a big mouth and there is just something about him that doesn't sit right with me. We will see how it progresses but it's the only choice you get as a female Sith Inquisitor, which kind of really sucks, considering the guys get the gorgeous Ashara. And if Andronikos continues to mock my Sith, she will fry him alive. ;D
Sha'khali also reached Dark III which made me realize that, damn, even the Sith purebloods get the ugly Sith corruption. But before I turned off the option I made some screenshots.
Honestly... as if Sith purebloods don't look terrifying enough.
And without the Sith corruption. Much better, and I'm glad I got rid of the ugly helmet thing she still wears in this picture.

And of course Khalindora gets to make an appearance too:
She also got a new companion, Zenith. When I levelled Khalisha, I was so hoping I could romance him, unfortunately you can't. :/
Fighting Darth Lachris! Honestly the fight was a piece of cake, I had so much trouble with my Jedi-shadow. But as Khalindora is a healer everything is quite boring. I even soloed a 4-man boss. (On a site note, love how her lightsaber hilt fits her PvP outfit.)

That's it... more levelling to come up. Need to hit 45 with Khalindora and I hope I can manage to get Sha'khali to 40 till the next weekend. ;D

The Empire just has better looking gear...

The title pretty much says it all. I looked at the lvl 40 pvp gear yesterday and oh boy the Empire gear looks soooo much better. But have some screenshots to compare:
My Sha'khali (Sith-sorcerer) looks amazing in the lvl 40 gear.
While Khalindora (Jedi-sage) in the Republic gear looks... weird.

It's a bit better if I hide the helmet and I do like the golden ring around her neck. But other than that... I can't wait for Sha'khali to turn 40. ;)

I played mostly pvp yesterday (which in turn had me dream about pvp the whole night ^^), just 3 more ranks and Khalindora will be Centurion. Sha'khali is on her way to Gladiator but she has so little pvp commendations. Need more!

It's also quite funny how other players shorten the names of my characters. Sha and Khal seem to be the preference... I wonder why no one is calling me Khali. Must be because they probably think I'm a guy. ;D

And both sides on my server have quite a few good players in the lowlevel bracket. I usually can spot them quite easily and then try to stick to them. There is nothing worse than wasting my healing on players who just zerg all the time instead of trying to win a game.

Heads up to all of them and there is no better compliment if they thank me for the healing. Seems I still can do my job in pvp. ;)

Sith purebloods

Unlike the Draenei from WoW which had to grow on me, especially the males, I loved the Sith purebloods from the start. Can't really explain it but they are my favorite race besides the Mirialans.
And two of my favorite male characters in game are Sith purebloods. You encounter both if you play a Jedi-knight.

First there is Lord Praven, you meet him on Tatooine and once you defeat him you can opt for two choices, kill him or persuade him to become a Jedi.
Even my evil little Kaela couldn't resist and had to turn him to the light side. Funny, considering she was Dark III back then. ;)
I just wished there would have been a scene with him not wearing the weird helmet/headset thingy. But oh well... you can't have it all.
But at least you get to see him on his knees in front of you. ;p

What I absolutely loved is that if you have him see the light and turn to be a Jedi. He sends you a blue color crystal for your lightsaber. And not just that you get to meet him again, in your last class quest line on Corellia. I highly suggest to use Lord Scourge as your companion for that scene because they sort of have a little pissing contest. I love their attitude towards each other. Had me really giggle like some teenage girl. ;D

Which brings me to my other favorite Sith pureblood... Lord Scourge:You first meet him in your class quest on Quesh. On a sidenote, I would love to kiss the German voice actor of him because he did a brilliant job. I got goosebumps the first time I heard his voice. I expected something completely different. Awesome awesome job!
After your class quest on Hoth you get to meet him again and he becomes part of your crew.

If you are into playing full light side, be prepared to have a couple of trophy companion gifts stored somewhere, because Lord Scourge might give you a headache every time you give a certain answer he dislikes.

For example:
+15 T7
+17 Kira
+55 Sergant Rusk
+40 Doc
-728 Lord Scourge
;D

On the other hand he's easy to gain affection with if you are playing your Jedi-knight dark. Still... watch your answers, on Corellia I managed to get 2 times over -500 affection with him.

For those who don't care about the affection, I highly suggest to take him along for certain quests. He's got the most amazing answers sometimes. I really adore him.

And he's tall... I mean really really tall compaired to my 2 Jedi's.
Too bad that Shae is a tank so she basically never has him around. But Kaela enjoyed having him as her tank and guardian. And I'm so disappointed that you can't romance him, my Kaela would love that. BIOWARE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT!!! I mean he offers to raise my children as Sith's... hello... go go he could be the father of those kids. ;)

You also get to stuff him into Jedi-looking gear. So funny really, poor Sith Lord.
I'm quite sure that if he got a say in that, he would burn the armor, or force choke you for making him wear that outfit. ;D

Of course you encounter more Sith purebloods like Krannus on Belsavis:
He didn't impress me much, must be the uniform. He just looks silly in it.
And killing him was a joke, even though he's a champion, just let the others pull aggro and then strike him down.

Last but not least, if I were to play a male Sith pureblood my character would look like this:
No piercings, they looked weird and stupid instead of bad ass. Just like some of the Sith players I encountered who have mohawks... excuse me but... gods, no.
Model no.1 is too skinny and no.4 is too fat... so either no.2 or like in this pic no.3.

And with that I close this rather girly post but hey, I do enjoy some eyecandy in game. ;D

Edit: Oh boy, there were tons of repetition and other mistakes in this post. Just re-read it and edited a lot of stuff out. I shouldn't write entries when I just crawled out of bed, my brain apparently needs some time before it's fully functioning.
